Costume Notes: This was a really fun project to make. I had only recently gotten two of the three industrial machines that are part of the limebarb.com studio. If not for those machines this outfit would have not existed – or perhaps it would and I would be insane!! Thick faux leathers and faux suedes are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to sew on home machines! The strength and speed of the industrials make such a difference! The funnest part of this outfit was giant, fanciful sword that doesn’t really make any sense!!

This is one of those costumes that I felt was good for the time, but the next couple years as I made Warrior Rikkus for customers I made so many awesome leaps in and bounds in how I constructed them! It’s always great to know I have improved, especially when my customers benefit from it!
