costume notes: This was quite a big deal for me when I first constructed it! It was such a large project with the armor involved because I had not done any major armor pieces at that time. The trickiest thing was the twisting to the head horn, how to get that to look nice, and how to get it to sit on the head right, and not be painful throughout the day! I highly recommend washable crayola markers for simple ‘tattoo’ work for costumes!

Here is something I find interesting: You can never see the character’s teeth in battle, but when we did the berserker costumes I decided we should wear fangs, it was cute and theme appropriate. Then after we wore ours around conventions we noticed that a large number of other people started wearing fangs with their berserkers!
