costume notes: This was debuted at Acen 2006 since Junko Mizuno was a guest that year! She is a very exciting artist. I appreciate her quirky mixture of cute and grotesque. I chose this based on an illustration of hers in one of her artbooks. She is in a girl’s bosozoku type gang! I was attracted the muted minty colors, and the extreamly large hair! It was an intersting venture to try to interprete the clothing on a squishy-short illustrated body into a real person shape.
