costume notes: I wanted to make a lolita outfit that was inspired by Japanese clothing, and made use of my weird love of obnoxiously bright colors. The candy wa-lolita was born! It’s something you should see in a dream if you fell asleep directly after eating lots of candy. I love the over all look, with the super frilly skirt, and kimono styled top. My favorite part is the obi, with the limebarb logo on the back.
